Beschrijving
As Corporate M&A Lawyer, you will primarily be involved in structuring, drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate and venture capital transactions and fund formations. This includes crafting asset purchase agreements as well as partnering agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, joint ventures and all corporate documentation relating to the formation of funds.
You will advise founders, companies and boards of directors on various operational matters and strategic transactions, providing continuous legal support. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in corporate law, regulations, and industry trends is crucial to providing well-informed legal advice to clients
Profiel
- You hold a Master’s degree in Law at a Belgian university and can present a strong academic track record. An additional master’s degree or LLM is a plus;
- You have 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in the field of corporate law;
- You are capable of making in-depth analyses, providing creative and pragmatic solutions and working independently.
- You like to be focused on complex corporate transactions;
- You are inspired by collaborative work and have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
- You have great work ethics and you excel in a fast-paced environment;
- You are ambitious and aspire professional growth;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
