Pauline Jacquemin - Luxembourg

Pauline graduated with a master's degree in law from the "Université Libre de Bruxelles". After completing her studies, she embarked on an exciting journey, gaining experience, and acquiring expertise in Legal Recruitment.

Throughout her endeavors, she had the pleasure of fostering strong connections and developing an understanding of the dynamic legal market in Luxembourg.

In June 2023, she joined Vialegis, driven by her desire to make a meaningful impact and broaden her horizons in the field.

Kai Trams - Germany

Prof. Dr. Kai Trams is a legal recruitment consultant at Schollmeyer&Steidl. He studied law at the University of Münster and accomplished his doctorate at the University of Hamburg afterwards. He completed his legal internship in Hamburg and Vienna.

He began his legal career in 2005 at a leading law firm in the field of restructuring and insolvency law in Cologne, before being appointed full professor of civil law, commercial and corporate law and insolvency law at the International School of Management (ISM) in Hamburg in 2009. In addition, he continued to work as a lawyer in his own law firm.

Since 2023 Prof. Dr. Kai Trams works as a consultant at Schollmeyer&Steidl. He advises clients and candidates of various seniorities in the law firm environment and inhouse with a regional focus on Hamburg and northern Germany.

Laura Enderes - Germany

Laura Enderes operates as the operations and finance manager at Schollmeyer&Steidl and is responsible for internal processes, marketing coordination as well as accounting.
