We are looking for a Dynamic IP Paralegal with a Master degree to strengthen the IP Paralegal team.  

For the Legal team in Brussels we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with a master’s degree in law and at least 8 years of experience in the sector, preferably as a lawyer or in-house lawyer in an international environment. You speak and write Dutch and English fluently and you can at least also express yourself verbally in French.  

Belgian master’s law degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a lawyer or as an in-house legal counsel in the construction / real estate industry. Having experience in dealing with FIDIC agreements is an asset. You are a native Dutch speaker with a good knowledge of English in writing and orally. French is a plus.

Master degree in law with minimum 10 years of experience in commercial contract law and general business law, either as a lawyer or as an in-house counsel. Excellent knowledge and drafting skills in English.

Je hebt minstens 8 jaar relevante werkervaring in public affairs en regelgeving. Je bent Nederlandstalig, met een sterke kennis van het Frans en het Engels.

Belgian Master in Law with ideally 4 to 8 years of experience in Labour and Employment Law. Experience in privacy related matters and data protection law is a plus. Native Dutch speaker and comfortable in speaking and writing in French and in English.
