Voor een Belgisch familiebedrijf in West-Vlaanderen, zijn we op zoek naar een Executive & Legal Assistant die in deze allround functie de CEO in zoveel mogelijk administratieve en organisatorische taken zal ondersteunen.

Vialegis Luxembourg is growing and currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team! You will be focusing on Legal, Tax and Compliance permanent recruitments, being in charge of both client's portfolio development and candidates' selection.

Master degree in Law with minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Legal M&A professional in an international law firm and/or in an international company; fluent in Dutch or French, and capable of working and drafting in English.

Belgian master’s law degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a lawyer or as an in-house legal counsel in the construction / real estate industry. Having experience in dealing with FIDIC agreements is an asset. You are a native Dutch speaker with a good knowledge of English in writing and orally. French is a plus.

Master degree in law with minimum 10 years of experience in commercial contract law and general business law, either as a lawyer or as an in-house counsel. Excellent knowledge and drafting skills in English.

Corporate & Finance Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience. Fluent in French and English. Good command of Dutch.
