As a Compliance Interim Manager, you work on temporary assignments with leading clients, rapidly gaining a wealth of experience in various sectors. Our clients include banks, international and local companies, accounting firms, and consulting companies that will challenge you to bring out the best in yourself.

Compliance Interim Management addresses the needs of our clients to cover temporary absences (due to illness, maternity leave, etc.) or workload peaks, to tackle specific projects, or to provide temporary support pending permanent recruitment.

The duration of projects varies but is generally three to six months, usually three to five days per week. Projects are often extended as well.

As a Consultant, you determine your own availability. Based on your experience, availability, personality, and location, we match you with suitable opportunities.

Compliance Consultants typically have a self-employed status and invoice a daily fee, but working as an employee is also possible. We assist you from A to Z and together, considering your experience and the project's needs, we determine the appropriate form of collaboration and compensation. Additionally, we ensure accurate and timely payment of your invoice. We also handle the administrative and contractual aspects of a project entirely.

Profile

We are looking for Compliance Professionals, both Junior/Medior and Senior Consultants, who are interested in supporting our clients. This can be done on a self-employed basis or as an employee.

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Law/Finance/Business Management, and at least a first experience in the business world or in the banking sector.
  • Compliance support in the broadest sense is relevant: compliance, tax, audit, accounting/controlling, legal & regulatory, privacy, GDPR and data protection, as well as complaints management and risk management.
  • You have knowledge of legislation and regulations related to compliance and regulatory in the broadest sense.
  • You are fluent in three languages: Dutch, French, and English.
  • You are business-oriented, practical, and quickly deployable.

Offer

For each project, a motivating daily fee is agreed upon, partially determined by the project's duration and required level of experience. If you work as an employee, you will receive a fixed compensation that is market-competitive and takes into account your knowledge and skills.
