2003
Vialegis is founded as a niche recruitment agency for legal profiles, operating “for and by lawyers.” As the first mover in Belgium, we quickly became the reference point, pioneer, and market leader in Legal Interim Management and Executive Search for legal and tax professionals.
2017
In 2017, Vialegis became part of House of HR, an international group of specialized HR companies. This step further professionalized our services, allowing us to better support both candidates and clients. It also accelerated our European expansion.
2018
We took our first steps in Luxembourg, led by Alexis Yaghi, extending our impact in the region.
That same year, we proudly acquired Schollmeyer & Steidl, a leading player in Germany specializing in the recruitment of lawyers and tax advisors. The team is led by Matthias Pohlers.
2020
In September 2020, Vialegis expanded into human resources roles. Our dedicated HR team, with its experience, expertise, and values, supports clients in their search for both permanent and temporary HR talent.
2023
Vialegis continues to grow, opening a new office in Amsterdam under the leadership of Martijn Jasper. With nearly nine years of experience as a lawyer, Martijn brings both expertise and a passion for the legal sector.
