Considering its further international business expansion, Parkwind is looking to enlarge its legal team with a Senior Legal Counsel (M&A).
Description de la fonction
You will be joining Parkwind’s legal team focusing on investment (M&A) & financing matters.
You will be part of the transaction team involved in strategic (international) business development projects and provide support from a legal perspective to M&A and tender processes in all stages, from partnership discussions, performing due diligence, drafting and negotiating term sheets and definitive transaction documentation, to supporting closing and post-closing integration.
As part of this team, you will be involved on a day-to-day basis in joint venture and investment management.
You will work closely with the business development and finance team to ensure and coordinate appropriate support.
You will also assist in preparing relevant internal documents and presentations for the management and/or board.
You will be a member of a dynamic legal team and will report to our or lead counsel investments & financing or general counsel.
Profil
- You have a master’s degree in law.
- You have preferably at least 5 years of relevant professional experience as an M&A lawyer with a reputable firm and/or a legal department of an international company.
- You are solution-oriented, pro-active and pay attention to details.
- You have the ability to manage several things at the same time without losing oversight.
- You have good diplomatic and social skills and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders.
- You are a team player and possess a high level of integrity.
- You have an analytical mindset.
- You have good social skills and can work efficiently in a team.
- You are flexible and willing to travel on an occasional basis.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French, and you are capable of working and drafting in English.
