Vialegis Luxembourg is growing and currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team! You will be focusing on Legal, Tax and Compliance permanent recruitments, being in charge of both client's portfolio development and candidates' selection.

Description de la fonction
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the executive searches of legal, tax & compliance professionals, both for law firms and for companies.
Together with the client, you will define the ideal profile of the candidate, conduct the preparatory research and interview selected candidates.
You will regularly report to the client and you will draw up a shortlist of best suited candidates.
All of this you will do bearing in mind the Vialegis values, including absolute discretion, service-mindedness towards the client and drive to help the candidate find a position that suits his/her needs.
In addition to the recruitment and selection aspects, you will also be actively involved in business development.
Profil
- You are a legal, tax or compliance professional with at least 2 years' experience in a law firm, as an in-house legal counsel or as a Legal Recruiter.
- You have a passion for people and are a good communicator.
- You are service-minded and never afraid of challenges. You are result-driven and are a teamplayer.
- You are fluent in English and either in French or German.
