Deminor NXT zoekt een Senior Legal Associate voor haar kantoor in Gent. Je hebt minimaal 2 à 3 jaar praktijkervaring als advocaat, jurist of in een juridische afdeling van een advieskantoor. Je moedertaal is Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van Engels en / of Frans.

We are currently looking for Partners for a number of different law firms in the following fields of law: Corporate M&A, Employment, IP/IT, Real Estate.

You have a Belgian master’s degree in law with 3 to 5 years of professional experience. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. You are a generalist and have experience in corporate and commercial law.

You have a Belgian master’s degree in law with minimum 10 years of professional experience. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. You have experience in IP law, Technology law as well as general commercial, civil law and procedural law.

Master in Law with 6-10 years of professional experience in commercial law at a business law firm and/or as an in-house lawyer in a comparable company (having experience in both is a plus). Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.

Professional Bachelor in Legal Practice or an academic bachelor in Law with minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm. corporate department, notary public, financial institution or other relevant experience. Fluent in English & French (Dutch is a plus).

D’Ieteren Group is looking for a Group Tax Manager with at least 6 years of experience in corporate tax and transfer pricing in a large consulting environment or in-house environment. French or Dutch speaking with fluency in the other language and in English required.
