Beschrijving

As an Associate specialized in corporate and financial law, you will become part of an ambitious and enthusiastic team. You will be able to work for several partners and in close collaboration with other associates.

You will provide clear-cut insights, value-creative knowledge and tailor-made assistance on a broad range of corporate, M&A and finance law issues for a wide variety of clients (such as REITs, investment funds, corporate groups active in various sectors, state-owned enterprises and emerging and high-growth companies), while benefiting from client exposure and a high level of autonomy.

Profiel

You have a Master Degree in Law and 2 to 6 years of experience in the field of corporate and finance law matters.
