You advise various internal departments to support business needs related to projects, while complying with legal requirements.
You are responsible for legal review and drafting of lease and various commercial contracts.
You handle litigation files and complaints from 3rd parties: consumer organizations, official authorities, and customers.
You interact daily with a.o. Orange Belgium internal departments, lawyers, bailiffs, consumer organizations, official authorities, mediation services, economics affairs (to handle complaints or defend Orange Belgium’s interests).
You have a Belgian master’s degree in law.
You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferably gained within a law firm or in a legal department.
You are a generalist and have experience in commercial law.
You are fluent in French (and Dutch is a plus), and capable of working and drafting in English.
You have good analytical and drafting skills.
