The Belgian Employment & Compensation practice is fully integrated into the firm’s global network, handling all aspects of employment, pensions, executive compensation, restructuring, workplace investigations, and collective bargaining, both contentious and non-contentious.

As an Associate Employment & Compensation you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Provide advice on a broad spectrum of employment, compensation, and HR-related matters, including complex disputes and sensitive corporate issues.
Work on both Belgian and international matters, including cross-border transactions, restructurings, executive compensation, and collective bargaining.
Support clients in workplace investigations, pensions, and employee benefits.
Collaborate closely with other departments, sharing knowledge and contributing to interdisciplinary projects.
Participate in secondments, international assignments, and global team initiatives that broaden your exposure and expertise.

Do you have a Belgian Master in Law and 2–5 years’ experience in a top employment team of a reputable law firm? Other requirements:
