– Own the registers and trackers that keep the legal function running: corporate governance, contracts, licenses, litigation, real estate, and data protection.
– From time to time be involved in M&A: due diligence, data rooms, and post-closing follow-up.
– Prepare board packs, draft resolutions, and coordinate signatures and statutory filings across jurisdictions.
– Handle insurance and compliance administration, from claims and renewals to vendor due diligence.
– Keep the legal team itself organized: correspondence, filing, invoices, and meeting minutes.
– Has 7+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal operations role.
– Holds an academic or professional bachelor in law or equivalent
– Can bring order to a lot of moving pieces without losing the details.
– Is comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders across Business, Finance, and executive leadership.
– Is autonomous and proactive. You won't be handed a finished system, but you won't be figuring it out alone either, the Head of Legal and the wider legal team are close by as you build it.
– Is fluent in English. Dutch and French are a strong plus.
