CAROLINE FABRI

How long have you been with the company, and what drew you to this job in the first place?

I am now working one year as a legal consultant at Vialegis. Before joining Vialegis, I have been working for six years as a lawyer (specializing in financial regulatory and litigations matters). Throughout my legal career, I faced various challenges and opportunities that shaped my perspective on professional fulfillment. I discovered a passion for human interaction and identifying and developing talent. Now at Vialegis, I really enjoy the process of finding the right person for the right role, creating synergies between individuals and organizations, and building long-lasting professional relationships.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not at work?

When I'm not working, I find joy in activities that help me relax and “recharge my batteries”. I love spending the weekends at the seaside, pushing my limits at the gym, and going out for dinner with family and friends.  

If you could add one item to the office that would make everyone’s workday better, what would it be?

This is a difficult one, since two of my favorite things are already present at the office (i.e. my dog “Boggi” and a fully equipped fitness room). Maybe I would add an in-house coffee bar, where everyone can enjoy delicious freshly roasted coffee (with some oat foam for me please) 😊.

NATHALIE VANOVERBERGHE

How long have you been with the company, and what drew you to this job in the first place?

I’m working as a Legal Recruitment Partner at Vialegis, and I’m specialized in Legal Interim Management. This means I help companies, law firms, governments, and all kinds of organizations with finding experienced legal professionals and project managers for specific temporary assignments.

I started my career at Vialegis in February 2023. After an interesting career of 18 years as a lawyer and legal interim manager in the real estate industry, I decided to give my career a new direction. Based on my interest in human resources and competence management, I decided to join Vialegis because of its excellent reputation in the sector.

What's your go-to productivity hack or favorite work-related app/tool?

I structure my work by dedicating time to focus blocks and specific tasks such as sourcing, client and candidate interviews, contract reviews, administration, and business development. However, I also prioritize flexibility in my schedule to avoid routine.

How would your colleagues describe your work style?

A go-getter and determined person, flexible and always looking for solutions. A team player.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not at work?

During my free time, I cherish moments with my family (including my two fantastic kids, Bastian and Céleste, and my loving husband) and friends. Loading my batteries with travelling, gastronomy, cultural activities, sports ( yoga, hiking and swimming) and a good night out from time to time gives me energy !

Can you share a favorite quote or mantra that inspires you in your work?

“You don’t have to see the whole stairway to take the first step” is my mantra. Every day counts, as well as being consistent and showing up every day in the best way possible.
