Belgian master’s law degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a lawyer or as an in-house legal counsel in the construction / real estate industry. Having experience in dealing with FIDIC agreements is an asset. You are a native Dutch speaker with a good knowledge of English in writing and orally. French is a plus.

Master in rechten of economie met specialisatie in fiscaliteit, met uitstekende kennis van personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting, met minimaal 6 jaar ervaring. Goede kennis van het Frans is een vereiste.

Corporate & Finance Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience. Fluent in French and English. Good command of Dutch.
