We are looking for a Dynamic IP Paralegal with a Master degree to strengthen the IP Paralegal team.  

Je hebt een Masterdiploma met minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als advocaat, juridisch adviseur of als bedrijfsjurist in overheidsopdrachten. Je communiceert vlot en helder in het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, kennis van het Engels is noodzakelijk.

Master in law minimum 5 years with at least 5 years of professional experience within a legal team (in a law firm and/or inhouse). The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial, commercial, and corporate law, along with experience in a financial institution, preferably in the realm of private banking. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken, is required.

In pursuit of supporting its EU business operations, ST Engineering iDirect is in search of a seasoned and hands-on legal counsel / senior contract specialist to be based at its Belgium office in Sint-Niklaas. This hybrid role necessitates on-site presence minimum two days per week, collaborating closely with EU regional business leaders and teams to oversee all aspects of the commercial contracts processes. Candidate profile: master’s degree in law with 7 to 10 years of experience as a lawyer and/or in-house commercial contracts experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Knowledge of the satellite industry is a plus. Fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus.

Master in Law with between 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate law (including M&A) and/or contract law as a lawyer and/or inhouse counsel.  You are fluent in English.
