Philippe Jadoul (°1962) obtained his law degree at the University of Antwerp and thereafter participated in the “European Young Lawyers Scheme” in London. He also completed an Executive MBA (Purdue University and TiasNimbas Business School) as well as a master corporate finance at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
Philippe started his career at the bar of Antwerp, after which he worked as an associate M&A and corporate law at Clifford Chance (Brussels and London). From 1995 till 2006 he was partner at law firm Altius.
Philippe was one of the co-founders of Vialegis. At the end of 2007, Philippe became responsible for the international expansion of Vialegis. Since 1st April 2010, he is also in charge of the Belgian activities of Vialegis. He mainly deals with partner and team searches on the Belgian market.
